2 Injuries

Hey im a 3rd degree strain i am a complete rupture of muscle or a tendon that often occurs in athletes attempting power activity. The tendons that are most comonly affected are the achillies, bicep, partella, quadricep tendons.

With a 3rd degree strain you will be able to see visible tissue bulging out.

To help heal this you will prob not be able to use that part of your body for a while and all you can do

is ice and rest it. than once its not as bad do mild stretching and try to put pressure on the ligament.

Hi, im a laceration i look like a tear in your skin in result to a injury. The recovery time for me is depending on where im at on the body. It may take longer if im over a joint like a elbow or a knee. i can happen anywhere on the body and at anytime also.
